I greatly apologize for that.  My wife handles the shipping and im sure
she made a mistake, Im sure i will be hearing from the guy who was
supposed to get the 256MB DDR you accidently got.  If you return the

The sticker on it said 256 ddr  so i did not even try to put it in  my machine
for fear of damaging it

I have an abit kt7 that  takes PC100 and PC133  SDRAM  168 pin DIMM

The ram we agreed on was 512 MB 133 Mhz SDRAM which should work in my machine
since it accepts high density ram 

If it helps here are the ram specs for my board on page 21-22

I did not put it in my system I read the sticker on the ram it said 256 ddr and
was in a 256 ddr box  assuming that it was sent to me by error, I sent it
back to you

Does the sticker say "256 ddr" on the decal on the stick, and ddr 256 on
the box it came in?

If not it is not the ram that I got 

I wonder if the ram got re-mixed up and you actually have the right ram now.

I dont believe that ddr ram will fit in to the dimm slot of my machine  

I am unsure about that since I never tried to do that fearing that I would
damage it 

all I want is a 512 MB stick of pc133

did not get anymore ram in . so i must not have received the ram you
sent back yet when i get it i will email you and let you no ok and if
it should come back to your address please let me no and we can get the
right ram out to you . do you have a receite from the post office where
you mailed it if so this will help both of us the receite will have a #
on it we should be able to find out what happened to the package

can you tell me the mother board you are useing 
we do not refund any buys . as stated in our auctions [all sales are final]
but u can exchange the ram  for a pc100

linda i sent the ram over a month ago it was 256 MB ddr 

I have a abit kt7 I have told this all to ricky but, I still have not
got the replacement ram  

The box was new and said 256 ddr on the sticker on the stick and the
box.

I sent it back on Saturday May 31 from Dillons grocery store 30th and
plumb, regular mail the same way you mailed it to me.

The clerks name was rick, and I saw him place it in the outgoing box
wich was to be picked up at 1200 noon.  You should have received it by
now I am awaiting my return mail of the correct ram I am not a novice
pc builder, I do know the difference btw ddr and pc133 since I have
built 30 or 40 of both types of machines this was definitely ddr and was
labeled as such.

Please send me the ram

I hate to resort to threatening you and really dont want to since by your feed back you seem to be a good ebayer but I thas been SOOOO long (05-11-03) since the auction.

I tend to try and see the goodness in people and if you have not
received the ram that i mailed back to you i wonder if it was lost in
the mail i am not the kind of person who would scam you out of 39.00
bucks really that is not allot of money to me 

I have filed a complaint with the post office but I did not
remember you address in Ill just the city they are supposed to call me if
they find out any thing

FYI Use ups or fed ex next time they may be more expensive but i think
you get what you pay for 

so here is my proposal 

In Good Faith, 

If you would be willing, maybe I could send you the cost of the 256 MB
DDR ram that I received and sent back, The one that you never got back.
If you ever get it back in the mail then we could either work out a
refund for the DDR ram price (if you get it )or something else.  You
could send me a 512 pc133 stick when you get the money for the DDR ram 
push shipping 

I Could then use the 512 PC133f in my machine. If the post office calls
me and says that they have the DDR  and it was lost or something  I
would take it back ( since i would have paid you for it already) and
use it another machine. Or mail it back to you it would be up to you 

If you look at this from a business stand point it is not optimal for
either of us  but is a fair compromise I think . 

For you: you would only loose some money or break even 

since 256 ddr is cheaper than 512 pc133 at this time you may loose a
few bucks . If the mail man brings the ram some day you are ahead the
price of the DDR Ram or if you decide to refund the price of the 256
DDR to me you break even 

For me I would loose some money or break even 

I would have to pay more than I would have for the 512 PC 133 ram and
trust you again  to send it to me.  I loose the price of the ddr ram. 

If the DDR ram comes back to me, I break even I could either send it to
you or just keep it and us it in another machine. but this would be
over and that would almost be worth it.

You have to admit that most transactions are not this hard I have
looked at you rating and you have probably seen that i have sold some
of my stuff on ebay  with you guys being on vacation when i bought the
ram we really did not start off on the right foot.

I would not report on any of the sites 

I would give you a positive rating on the auction for the 512 pc133 ram

There would be no need for the web page 

We would both make something good out of a bad situation 

alternately we could continue being mad at each other and mistrusting
each other and let safe harbor at ebay tell us what to do
